Delivery Times

We offer same-day and next-day delivery options:

Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days (₹99)
Express Delivery: Same day delivery (₹199)
Free Delivery: On orders above ₹2000

Delivery Slots

You can choose from the following delivery time slots:

Morning: 8 AM - 12 PM
Afternoon: 12 PM - 4 PM
Evening: 4 PM - 8 PM

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your order in real-time through our website or app.

Packaging

All our products are carefully packed to ensure freshness. Frozen items are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs. Fresh produce is packed in ventilated boxes.

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, our driver will contact you to reschedule. For perishable items, we can only attempt delivery once. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
